Dr. Franklin Bray is a clinical psychotherapist, ordained Seventh-day Adventist minister, scholar, author, and community leader from Saint Lucia. His life’s work is centered on restoring hope, strengthening families, and helping communities grow healthier and more resilient.

With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and over 17 years in pastoral leadership, Dr. Bray brings together clinical expertise, spiritual care, and community advocacy in a way that bridges faith and mental wellness.

Global Ministry & Professional Journey

Dr. Bray’s ministry and professional service have taken him across Taiwan, Canada, Bermuda, North America, and the Caribbean. In each setting, he has worked through counseling, leadership development, crisis response, and public engagement to support individuals and institutions alike.

Within the Saint Lucia Mission of Seventh-day Adventists, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Youth Ministries, Chaplaincy, Public Affairs & Religious Liberty, District Pastor, and Director of the AGAPE Family Counselling & Psychological Services Centre. Through these roles, he worked at the intersection of faith, mental health, and community care.
