Within the Saint Lucia Mission of Seventh-day Adventists, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Youth Ministries, Chaplaincy, Public Affairs & Religious Liberty, District Pastor, and Director of the AGAPE Family Counselling & Psychological Services Centre. Through these roles, he worked at the intersection of faith, mental health, and community care.
